Is it possible to build an emotional connection to a brand?
Almost like a relationship?
Is it love - or just good branding and marketing?
My friend and colleague, Natali Kalpakova, and I took on the question of why humans tend to stay true to a certain brand. Alongside the actual research part we let a specific amount of chosen brands undertake the "16 personalities test". To make them even more "touchable" we also gave each company an individual look and portrait to match the results of their personality test.
